This cereals can also be made into a quick yummy snack for kids and since it's so simple to prepare, you can ask your kids to help you make it. Mic always volunteered to help me since she knows she get to eat chopped chocolate beforehand and after she would lick the bowl for remaining melted
chocolate. She also enjoys decorating them.

The original recipe is from Annabel Karmel. The one I provide is a modified version of it to suit our taste.
Ingredients:
100g Rice Krispies
20g Raisins
125g White Chocolates, chopped
30g Butter
10g Corn syrup
Methods:
1. Combine rice krispies with sultana then set aside.
2. Boil some water in a saucepan. Put white chocolate with butter and corn syrup into a heat proof bowl, place bowl on top of saucepan and stir until melted.
3. Stir the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients until they are well coated.
4. Scoop the mixture into small cupcake liners. Put in the fridge to set.
I made around 30 mini rice cupcakes and within 30 minutes it's down to half. The next morning, they're all gone. It's that yummy! But I don't mind making them everyday since it's so easy and simple to make :)
